Split3D is a browser tool that splits 3D models for printing. Everything it does runs on your own machine.

Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Accounts and subscription status are stored by Supabase on servers located in Paris, France. Model files are never part of this: they stay on your own computer.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold through Managed Payments, Stripe's merchant of record service. The merchant of record is Link, a Stripe service: your receipt and invoice come from Link and read "Sold through Link", and your card statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name. Stripe calculates, collects and remits the tax due on the sale. Card details are entered on Stripe pages and never reach this site. Payment, refund and subscription support goes through Link support, and the right of withdrawal that European consumer law gives you is exercised there, under the terms shown at checkout.
Your files
Splitting runs entirely in your browser. Your models are never uploaded, never stored and never seen by us. An account records your email address, the state of your subscription and, if you sign in with Google, the name and picture attached to your Google account. The privacy policy lists all of it.
Intellectual property
The site, its name, its design and its code belong to the publisher. The models you split stay yours, and you need the rights to any model you load.

The terms of use, the privacy policy and the licence are separate pages. The terms of sale for a subscription are Stripe's, shown at checkout.
